WalkMontreal is pleased to bring you their Villeray walk! Join C & D as they embark on a 10.5 kilometre walk thru a fabulous and vibrant neighbourhood, admiring the buildings, exploring laneways and walking amongst the people on these beautiful streets. Villeray is squeezed in between Little Italy & Petite-Patrie to the south, Jarry Park to its west, Papineau Avenue to its east and The Metropolitan Expressway to the north. This walk was completed on Monday September 2nd, 2024 between 1:30PM and 4PM and the temperature was 17C (63 F), sunny with some clouds. The terrain is mostly flat and the total length of the walk was 10.5KM (6.5 miles). Follow below map for the route.

We started this walk at the Crémazie Metro Station, corner of Berri Street and Crémazie Boulevard.
Along the northern border of Villeray is the Metropolitan Autoroute (Trans-Canada Highway), affectionately known as The Met.

Along with The Met, there is a flight path that brings aircraft low over this area as they approach YUL airport in Dorval.
